1. Inquiry & Consultation

  • Delivery & Shipping: Estimated costs for domestic or international shipping.If you approve the quote, we will move forward with the sample creation. We send you a sample garment based on your design specifications to ensure the quality and fit meet your expectations.
  • Sample Approval: You review the sample, provide feedback, and request any necessary changes. We will work with you until you're fully satisfied with the sample before proceeding with the bulk order.

3. Order Confirmation & Production

Once the sample is approved, we’ll proceed to finalizing the order. This is when we begin production. At this stage, you’ll need to confirm your order details including:

 

  • Final Design & Specifications: Confirm the colors, sizes, and any customizations.
  • Production Schedule: We confirm the timeline for manufacturing and shipping.

 

Our production process begins, and our team works efficiently to manufacture your garments to the highest standards of quality. We also provide you with regular updates on the status of your order to keep you informed.

4. Quality Assurance & Inspection

As the garments are being produced, we perform quality checks at every stage of the manufacturing process. This includes:

 

  • In-line Inspections: Ensuring quality during each phase of production, from fabric cutting to sewing.
  • Final Quality Control: A thorough inspection of every garment before shipment to check for defects, ensures color consistency, and verifies size accuracy.

 

You can also request a final inspection report before the goods are shipped.

5. Packaging & Shipping
